We may be less than a year old, but we have big dreams, and a passionate and capable team. So, if you think what we do matters, and want to contribute to growing and widening our impact, to support our team, and artists' collaborative work, you can donate any amount of money or time. Please feel free to write to us here.

It can be extremely difficult for those who grew up with traumas and fears to face the same situation when they get older. If their inner children have not yet been healed, they may be reminded of events that they have already forgotten, which can trigger them.

“It was too quiet for me to fall asleep. I kept hearing the sound, “Photographer, run”. I saw big red stains whenever I closed my eyes. Even though I tried my best to work in routine every day, I could no longer feel normal."

From this story, we have seen that an act of violence makes the survivor feel physically and emotionally drained, suffered from grief, and find himself difficult to sleep or control his temper. For full story, please visit here.

During this hard time, Myanmar journalists are also facing many difficulties and hardships, also the mental break down. They are the people behind all those stories and visuals where they work hard to make the public see for all the tragic events. But they always hesitant to share their own stories.
Doh Zat talked to many of them and shared their pain and started this campaign called “My Words, Our Stories” where we will share 8 stories of the journalists. Soon we will start publishing the first story so please follow our page for the updates.
Mental health is not the sign of weakness but something we need to be shared and cured. Doh Zat wishes you all have more healthy and resilience for better days.

do you love your body?
do you think you’re too thin or too fat or too tall or too small or to dark?
It is such a hard work and long journey to accept how you look and who you are.. Doh Zat is publishing a story of a young woman who carried the pain of being body shamed for several years and how she can finally let go..
For the story, we produced the bags, collaborated with the sketches by another a queer woman who spent over a year of “loving myself journey”.
These are not just ordinary bags. These are the representations of accepting your own body and loving it, produced by Doh Zat with local family business.
(we will start selling the bags at the Launch Event of Doh Zat which will be held in Chiang Mai on July 15. You can direct message on the page, if you like to purchase online.)
